So last year I was able to make my own yard dice. I just went to my local hardware store for some scrap wood that was 4×4 and had they guy cut them to 4 inches to make squares. I also stopped at my local habitat for humanity and found some smaller 2×2 wood that I cut into 2 inch cubes.
(ps… When working with a jig saw blade you make sure you can find extra blades, broke mine first thing when I started working with it… Menards happen to have it which was awesome)
When I finished cutting the wood pieces, I pulled out my wood burning tool and began burning the dots in for dice, so after 3 small sets and one large set.
I did sand down the corners and pieces so make them more even looking. Then I pulled out stain and sealed them so no moisture would rotten them out.
The smaller ones were small enough to fit into kids plastic pencil cases that I picked up at the local dollar tree and I found yatzee download sheets
So weather your camping or stuck inside on a rainy afternoon, something like this could be easy to make.
